Amendment Requests
To make an amendment request:
- Log on to the E-Grant system.
- In the "Action" column, click on "Manage Grant."
- Click on "Grant Amendment(s)."
- At the "Grant Amendment(s)" screen, click on "Create New Request."
- Type in a description of the amendment you are requesting and, if you are requesting an extension to your period of performance, please provide the dates.
- Enter your password and check the authorization box.
- Click on "Save and Continue" to submit your request.
