Section V: Amendment Requests

  • You must work within the Federal award amount provided.
  • DHS cannot increase the Federal share of grant awards.
  • If your project costs are higher than anticipated, you must absorb the cost difference unless you receive specific approval from DHS to adjust your scope of work.
