Most of the time the Grants Management Office and Program Office will communicate with grantees via electronic mail
- The Grants Management Office and Program Office will communicate with grantees by sending email messages to the primary contact's email address and the E-grant System Mail Center.
- You will be provided with important information, such as the status of payment and/or amendment requests through the Mail Center.
- Check the Mail Center regularly to see if you have any new messages.
- It is essential that you keep your contact information up-to-date. Updating contact information is covered in detail later in this section.
