Payment Requests
If you have correctly filed your SF-1199A and if you have all of your contact information entered into the E-grant system, your organization may submit grant payment requests.
- You will request grant payments online using the E-grant system.
- Log on to the E-grant system as described earlier in the tutorial.
- Your payment request must be directly related to the grant's Scope of Work.
- You cannot request more than the amount of your grant award amount.
Lesson Three: Returned grant amendment request
- Select "Update Request" to see the details of the released amendment request visible in the textbox.
- Update the request and provide additional justification as needed.
- Click on "Save and Continue" to submit your updated request.
NOTE: No additional grant transactions, such as payment requests, will be allowed by the E-grant System until that amendment has been processed.
