Reporting Requirements

• Grant funds are available to the grantee for obligation only during the period of performance.
  
  
• By "obligation" we mean that you have ordered or contracted for the goods and services within the period of performance.
  
  
• The grantee is not authorized to incur new obligations after the expiration date without DHS approval.
  
  
• Obligations incurred during the grant period must be paid within 90 days after the end of the period of performance.
  
  
• Award expenditures are only for the purposes detailed in the approved grant scope of work.
